Terms And Conditions
Payment; We accept payment via paypal (you do not need a paypal account to use this method, you can use the paypal payment system as a guest and use your card in the usual way) We do not see any of the payment details, all this is kept between you and paypal. We welcome orders from outside the uk, please see overseas customers below
Postage and delivery; We use MY Hermes for all our small and medium parcels, we charge for postage only, we like to recycle all our own packaging, and we pass the drop off point every day so we don't charge you extra for our travelling. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, please allow longer at busy times of the year. Non Delivery: In the rare event that your package does not arrive please contact us and we will look into the service provider
Damaged Items; If your item arrives with damaged packaging and it requires signing for, please make sure that you sign it "not inspected". If the item inside is also damaged please email us photos of both the item and packaging to [email protected] It will be either replaced or refunded and we will submit a claim to the relevant delivery service for the damage. We may ask that the item be returned to aid our claim
Returns; Please notify us within 7 days of your item arriving if you wish to return it. Please email us on [email protected] with the following information; Name Address, And item(s) to be returned and the reason for return and weather you wish for a replacement or refund. We will reply with a return authorisation number. Please do not return an item without this authorisation as it may not be accepted. Returns should be sent to Fairyglen Secrets, Unit 5 High street Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire LN12 1AF. Please Note; For hygiene and health reasons we cannot accept earrings, oils, and herbs for return. We also cannot accept personalised orders or custom orders for return, items must be returned within 14 days in original packaging and unopened. Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund on lost items, this is down to Royal Mail to refund you
Magic And Spells; We cannot be held responsible for any outcome from using the spells, herbs, blends, oils and other magical materials and workings. These are used at the users risk. Any items with healing properties or uses should not be used as a replacement for medical advice and treatment, please seek advice from a doctor. By Law we are required to state that all our magical items are sold for entertainment purposes only. Herbs and oils should not be used by pregnant women and should be kept out of reach of pets and children. We advise you research your oils and herbs carefully, if an allergic reaction occurs using any of our products, cease using immediately and seek medical advice. Please carry out a skin test first if you are unsure.
Overseas customers; We are happy to send items outside of the uk, to be able to provide you with a postage quote we need to know the items you would like to order so we can calculate this for you. Simply send us an email to: [email protected] with the items you would like and what country you would like them posted to and we can reply with a postage cost. Sometimes it is cheaper to send multiple items in several parcels, but we would work out the cheapest option for you. Payment must be made by paypal and in U.K £ sterling. Please note; some countries have restrictions on the import of goods. We would recommend that you check before ordering to avoid items been seized at customs as we are unable to refund for these items. It is also worth bearing in mind that, although in our experience it is rare. If your parcel is stopped by customs, you may need to pay import taxes.
Fragranced Items; please note that all our candles and melts are handmade, therefore sometimes the colours and strength of fragrance may differ.
Photos: We take all of our photos ourselves, we are not professionals but we do try to be as accurate s possible, therefore photos should only be used as a guide and where we have more than one of the item, the photo may not show the one that you receive.
Colours: We use natural daylight to photograph all of our items. Whilst we try and make these as accurate as possible, colours will look different on certain computer monitors. Blue, Purple and Green are a prime example of this.
Stock: We try and keep our stock levels accurate, though sometimes we do sell out of an item before we have had a chance to update our website we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer a refund, alternative item or to put the item on order if we are expecting a delivery
